You will be responsible for managing the permit process and coordinating communication with customers, authorities, and internal/external specialists to ensure smooth and efficient approvals. Your role is essential in advising on technical handling, optimizing permitting procedures, and providing key insights into administrative processes in Germany. You will act as the main point of contact for permit applications, tracking their status, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
Main activities and tasks:
1. Manage the permit process, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with regulations.
2. Coordinate communication with customer contacts, authorities, internal and external specialists, and other stakeholders.
3. Advise on technical handling to optimize and streamline permitting procedures.
4. Navigate administrative processes in Germany with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and structures.
5. Provide substantive information on permit procedures, application status, and preliminary consultations.
Required Education & Trainings:
6. A vocational /higher professional education, for example Law or Planning;
7. German language
Required Experience:
8. Understanding of the structure and processes of relevant authorities (Bauamt, Polizei, Umweltschutz, Stadtplanung, )
Specific skills & technical knowledge:
9. An affinity with (granting) permits in general or in another field;
10. You are enthusiastic, communicate well and clearly and you know that it is important to put the customer first. You know how to tackle things, are environmentally aware, can work well together and are not afraid to give your professional opinion
