We are looking for a friendly and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team!
Your Responsibilities:
* Review job descriptions and requests from European Institutions, and prepare and share job offers through various channels.
* Build new partnerships to find more ways to recruit.
* Find and attract IT talent using our database, job boards, social networks, and more.
* Manage and support candidates through the entire hiring process, keeping reports updated.
* Contact candidates by phone, email, and Teams, and conduct HR interviews.
* Prepare needed documents like CVs and skill summaries.
* Create financial offers and write employment contracts.
* Help new employees get started.
* Attend job fairs across Europe.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT recruiting.
* Strong team player who can also work independently.
* Good at organizing and prioritizing tasks.
* Excellent people skills, fluent in both English and French.
* Experience with Excel and Word.
