The Job
Responsibilities:
* Contact potential clients to establish a rapport and arrange meetings;
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
* Research organisations and individuals to source potential new opportunities;
* Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;
* Inbound sales through sign-ups;
* Organising and giving product demos to potential customers, through online video meetings and/or in-person;
* Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
* Creation of customer accounts as well as ensuring that all the pre-sales onboarding is carried out;
* Collect feedback from customers and communicate it to the product management;
* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
* Leverage social media to research leads and identify potential clients.
The Profile
Competencies:
To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and warm inbound leads.
* 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2B and SaaS);
* Ability to understand technology for real estate professionals;
* Native German, fluent English, any additional European languages knowledge is beneficial;
* Service-oriented mindset;
* Self-disciplined, organised;
* Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;
* Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills;
* Empathetic with the ability to understand the pains of clients and help with our solutions;
* Technical skills: knowledge of Salesforce and/or other software and tools that are relevant to keep their workflow organised.

* Persuasion: an Account Executive in Sales should be able to persuade potential clients of the value of their products or services and overcome any objections that arise during the sales process.
The Employer
As an Account Executive you will often be the first point of contact a new potential client will have when they are seeking information on the products and services that we offer. Your position is that of turning customer prospects into qualified leads, a deal maker, and an excellent deal closer.
You will also act as an intermediary between customers and the Account Manager team who will continue the ongoing management of the customers account.
You should be a reliable professional, be able to balance customer orientation and have a results-driven approach.
