Senior /Group Manager International Media Operations (all gender)

Your Job
* You are part of our Standards & Enablement Team which focusses on ensuring that the account has all accesses, tools and templates needed
* In addition, you are responsible for creating and implementing new processes
* In your daily work you will manage bigger projects from A to Z which includes the communication of bigger groups, creating guides, recording training videos and ensuring that all questions are going to be answered, and upcoming errors will be resolved
* You work very closely with our account leadership on preparing new presentations and communicating them to our OMD teams
* In your daily work you will work closely with OMD markets and have limited client contact
* You are/will become the group manager and direct reporting line of a mid-size team (5 people) which you will lead in terms of regular feedback conversations and advises on how to do specific tasks
About You
* You should have experience with international accounts and an understanding of cultural differences within and across markets.
* Ideally, you should have experience working in a fast-paced media agency.
* Strong project management skills are essential for thriving in a fast-paced, communication-heavy environment.
* You should possess the ability and enthusiasm to create presentations and training materials, with a willingness to present to larger groups.
* An interest in tools and a good understanding of data processing are desirable. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other media planning tools is a plus.
* Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of German or an additional language is also advantageous.
* You should enjoy working within a close-knit team and have a desire to continually learn and develop within the agency environment.
