How you support our team You are responsible for handling national and international goods deliveries within our logistics team, including the organization of worldwide import and export across multiple transport modes. You are accountable for the entire execution and monitoring of complex import and export processes and optimize workflows in collaboration with international logistics service providers. You oversee and coordinate the transportation of freight via air, sea, rail, and land for all goods and sample deliveries, with a particular focus on third-country import processing, especially from China. To achieve this, you take the lead in coordinating and selecting external service providers (freight and express services) and ensure the quality of services provided as well as compliance with service level agreements. You bring extensive experience in dealing with customs inspections and the tariff classification of goods, and you take responsibility for adhering to all relevant customs and compliance regulations. You work closely with international teams and internal departments such as Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Finance to develop innovative solutions and sustainably enhance the efficiency of logistics processes. What sets you apart You have successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or have a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by further education in logistics or supply chain management. You bring at least 5 years of solid professional experience in handling global import and export and are experienced in working with international teams. You are a strong communicator and team player with a solid understanding of business and a high level of assertiveness. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, as well as ideally experience with ERP systems, are part of your profile.
