We are looking for a Project Lead (m/f/d) to join our Companion Animal Business Unit in Germany.
Location: Berlin, Germany
Contract Type: Full-time; limited to an 1-year contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and executing strategic initiatives primarily within our Pain Franchise, ensuring the successful activation of innovative solutions that enhance the well-being of pets and strengthen our position in the market. This role reports to the Business Unit Director Companion Animals (CA) and is part of the CA leadership team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement activation strategies primarily for the Pain Franchise, ensuring strong market positioning and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Operations) to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
* Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
* Develop engaging educational initiatives for veterinarians and pet owners to drive product awareness and adoption.
* Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders (KOLs) and veterinary professionals.
* Track and measure the success of initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future activations.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
* Experience in project management, consulting, marketing, or commercial strategy within the animal health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
* Self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to work independently and proactively push projects forward.
* Strong understanding of the veterinary market, particularly in the area of pain management for companion animals.
* Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools is a plus.
