Then come and join our global team as working student (f/m/d) for User Experience and work with Usability Engineers, User Experience Designers and User Experience Researchers.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. You will gain insights into interdisciplinary and future-oriented projects in the UX area for medical devices
2. You will gain initial experience in research accompanying the development process
3. You will be part of a young and cooperative team of experts in the fields of computer science, psychology, usability, human factors and project management
4. In our working environment we create space for modern and creative work
5. You will be supported by an experienced contact person and will receive regular feedback and supervision
Your qualifications and exp erience:
6. You are studying in the field of psychology, human factors, HCI, social sciences, medical technology or another related field of study
7. You are preferably in the middle of your bachelor studies or at the beginning of your master studies
8. You have good skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
9. You have ideally knowledge of tools for the analysis of qualitative or quantitative data such as SPSS, R, MAXQDA
10. You have ideally theoretical knowledge about methodology or first practical experience in the application of qualitative and quantitative research methods such as the construction, validation and evaluation of questionnaires or the preparation, execution and analysis of interviews or usability testing
Your attributes and skills:
11. Since we work in an international environment, you have very good German and English skills
12. You are interested in the evaluation of human-machine interfaces and the approaches of User Centered Design/Design Thinking
13. You have conceptual skills to structure and prepare topics
14. You are a team player with good communication skills, but you also show commitment in the independent processing of topics, e.g. in the home office
