Your tasks will be:
1. Sales responsibility for customers and prospects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
2. Competent customer consulting on our IT integration solutions from cold calling to contract conclusion
3. Support of existing customers and acquisition of new customers as well as establishment and expansion of long-term customer relationships
4. Professional and successful cooperation with external partners, our consulting, marketing and sales team
5. Support and error analysis, e.g. by adjusting the application situation in the test system
6. Communication of the problem solution to the customer, if possible joint implementation by telephone (software licenses and consulting services)
7. Installation and administration of virtualized systems under Windows and Linux operating systems
You have the following skills and qualifications:
8. Successfully completed studies in business informatics, engineering or comparable subjects
9. Several years of professional experience in software and IT sales
10. Knowledge and experience in IT topics such as integration, middleware and IT architecture
11. Relevant, several years of sales experience in the software solutions business
12. Assertiveness, proactive approach, pronounced negotiation skills, confidence in closing deals, as well as conceptual and strategic strength
13. Strong communication skills and team-oriented personality with a distinctive personal network
14. Willingness to travel and flexibility
15. Fluent in German and English
