Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Marketing Operations Lead Europe Rheumatology who has a passion for patient health outcomes, with a drive to create innovative solutions, to come join our European Immunology Operations Team to be based in Belgium HQ or in any other EU country About the role As the Marketing Operations Lead Europe Rheumatology you have a broad and variable role where you will orchestrate all marketing operations across the EU. Your primary goal will be to optimize external engagement, maximize brand awareness, and ensure successful prelaunch and launch activities in partnership with BIMZELX Area Marketing leads. Who you will work with: You are part of a cross-functional team where you work closely with the EU Head of Rheumatology, OC/Digital team, Medical, Access, Insights, L&D, Analytics/I2I, and Global teams. And you lead the Marketing Community Rheumatology Europe, accelerating marketing capabilities and connecting with marketers across Europe, hence we expect you to be a strong partner with the country Rheumatology Teams What will you do: Contribute to global initiatives and adapt them to the European context in collaboration with regional and area teams. Support regional and area planning processes and launch readiness by participating in reviews and identifying opportunities for execution acceleration and improvement. Develop and implement regional initiatives and solutions based on area needs and insights. Lead the execution of commercial peer-to-peer and EU-led congresses to enhance BIMZELX presence and UCB’s reputation (EULAR, etc.). Collaborate with the Omnichannel Rheumatology Lead to deliver scientific and digital content, enhancing customer experience through digital platforms. I nterested? For this position you will need the following education, experience, and skills: You have experience in similar marketing roles, demonstrated impact and patient value within pharmaceutical industry in Rheumatology therapy area. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing required, or degree in Life Sciences with appropriate omnichannel capability skillsets. You have high level of work experience in business planning, tactical plan, and Omni-channel development and execution. Where you build anchored cross functional solutions that will create Patient Value You anticipate trends and interpret macroeconomic signals - maintaining a holistic perspective.
