Your Tasks
* Oversee the development and optimization of our onsite and instore retail media products
* Define and prioritize the product strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor and analyze market trends, develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap
* Support agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure the timely delivery of features
* Analyze KPI data to measure success and derive actions for product optimization
* Create and manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on customer needs and market demands
* Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
* Collaborate with internal departments, product teams, and external partners to understand and implement requirements
* Ensure a continuous flow of information between stakeholders and development teams
Your Profile
* A degree in business administration, (online) marketing, computer science, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the fields of retail media, e-commerce, or digital advertising
* In-depth knowledge of retail media technologies, AdTech platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs), and digital advertising formats
* Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Confluence
* High level of initiative, organizational skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
* Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data-driven decision-making
* Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
* Creativity paired with a keen sense of trends and customer needs in digital marketing
* Fluent in English, German and additional language skills are a plus
