WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our unit Global Planning and Controlling, you are the primary contact for functional cost controlling within the global functions of an operational area and manage cost controlling in coordination with the responsible Vice Presidents and group leaders.
* You are responsible for providing proactive technical guidance and coordination, as well as ensuring quality within multidisciplinary teams, to deliver seamless controlling services in an operational department.
* Your role involves budgeting, planning, and financial cost control, which includes operational and strategic planning, advising cost center managers and leadership teams, financial reporting, forecasts, monitoring metrics, and internal controls.
* In addition, you manange internal and intercompany cost allocation activities for a business unit with a strong focus on transparency.
* You create a high level of transparency regarding cost drivers and ensure that the recipient understands the business reasons for any deviations.
* Furthermore, you have full accountability for the costs billed to an operational department by the service unit.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* university degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable education
* several years of professional experience in Reporting, Controlling and Consulting
* extended knowledge in cost centre controlling
* strong coordination skills as well as high customer orientation
* very good communication and presentation skills in English

* Gross annual salary (full-time): 56.000 - 61.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
