Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement and manage business development plans according to strategic projects and initiatives
2. Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including relevant content creation
4. Acquire new leads by converting digital traffic through landing pages and other avenues
5. Optimize the online presence with regards to search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization
6. Conduct market research and analysis
7. Strong contribution and creative input for the implementation of digital tools for lead generation, sales support, and customer retention
8. Internal partner for customer service activities
9. Support the marketing team with daily tasks (e.g. preparation of offers)
Qualifications:
10. Degree in marketing, communication, or comparable qualification
11. 2+ years of professional experience in B2B digital marketing and business development, ideally in an industrial company
12. Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements such as SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
13. Experience with website conception and interface design
14. Creative mindset and hands-on mentality
15. Technical expertise in the hydraulic and accumulator market is a bonus.
16. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools would be advantageous.
17. Fluent in English and German
