In this role you will manage and support the requirements of International Trade Compliance, Product Materials Compliance, and Checkpoint/Anticorruption as it relates to all Emerson’s business units in the the DACH region. Your Responsibilities Manage implementation of Regulatory Compliance programs (International Trade Compliance, Product Materials Compliance, and Checkpoint/Anticorruption) with Emerson platforms, business units and sales offices to local country legislative requirements and Emerson standards to enable standardization, optimization, and compliance Proactively manage and advise/update the region’s sales offices and plants on the regulations and practices affecting regulatory compliance, including applicable embargo and sanctioned country regulations/restrictions, boycotts, import/export controls and product compliance requirements such as REACH, SCIP, RoHS, WEEE, Batteries, Packaging and Eco-design Participate in the Trade Compliance, Checkpoint, internal Anti-Corruption and Product Materials Compliance review (audit) programms in the region including managing the progression of identified self-assessment improvement plans Support investigation of potential suspected compliance violations in collaboration with other functions such as Legal, Finance, HR, Internal Audit, Sales, and others Support and assist local regulatory compliance managers/gatekeepers Identify and implement applicable Trade Compliance Procedures and Policies that enable standardization and efficiency improvements at a country level Plan and conduct related training for all applicable personnel AEO responsible and point of contact for customs inquiries Support implementation and maintenance for the DACH Checkpoint program and support program pilot activities Identify and implement applicable Checkpoint program improvements that enable standardization and efficiency improvements for the region Act as the point of escalation for Checkpoint escalation issues for the region Provide support in the discovery and implementation of related regulations and processes for Product Materials Compliance programs (REACH, RoHs, WEEE, Eco-Design, Batteries and Packaging) Your Qualifications Profound experience in a similar role Experience in Regulatory Compliance – International Trade Controls such as sanction and embargo regulations, import/export, screening systems, Incoterms and customs requirements, anticorruption controls Due diligence and commercial experience with FCPA, Antibribery and Product Materials Compliance (REACH, RoHS, WEEE, Batteries, Packaging) Experience in organizations with matrix structures English and German language skills Good communication skills Wir freuen uns auf Sie Wenn Sie sich in dieser Stellenbeschreibung wiederfinden, bewerben Sie sich bitte per E-Mail mit Ihren vollständigen Bewerbungsunterlagen (Lebenslauf, Zeugnisse).
