Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive our demand-side partnerships with agencies. If you have an established network, a passion for sales, and thrive in building strategic relationships, this is the perfect opportunity. We’re looking for someone hungry for success and eager to help grow our presence in Germany.
Must haves
* Experience & Network: 3 years + experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the advertising industry, ideally with an established network of agency contacts.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and track leads and deals effectively using a CRM system.
* Proactive & Ambitious: A hunter mentality—goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to close deals.
* Networking & Outgoing Personality: Comfortable attending events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build strong industry connections.
* Bachelor degree in Business or a relevant field.
* Language Skills: German native/fluent and English fluent.
Nice to have
* Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, media buying, and agency workflows.
* Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, and AdTech solutions.
* Background in digital advertising, ad sales, or media partnerships.
Your mission
* Develop and expand relationships with agencies and media buyers, driving demand-side partnerships.
* Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up efficiently tracking everything in the company’s CRM.
* Identify new business opportunities, pitch our solutions, and close high-value deals.
* Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to strengthen partnerships.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success of partners.
