Your responsibilities
Duties include academic services in the project named above. Research associates may also pursue independent research and further academic qualifications.
Successful candidates are required to perform interdisciplinary and collaborative research concerning the development and analysis of high-performance numerical algorithms for fluid flow simulation methods.
The research is part of the project M5 in TRR 181 ().
Your profile
A university degree in a relevant field plus doctorate.
In particular, a sound background in numerical approximation is essentially required.This must be documented through a list of relevant publications in leading international journals of numerical and applied mathematics.
