We are currently looking to fill the following position, for three years (75%) at the ZEPPELIN-Chair of Innovation Management & Transformation (Prof. Dr. Matthias Weiss), starting at May 1st 2025:
Academic Researcher (m/f/x) - DFG Project "Transitions between Innovation Projects: Key Elements and Team Processes"
Your tasks
* You will work on the DFG-funded research project "Transitions between Innovation Projects: Key Elements and Team Processes," conducted in close cooperation with the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Prof. Dr. Judith Behrens) and based on quantitative as well as qualitative empirical methods
* Together with your Belgian PhD counterpart, your work will significantly contribute to data collection, evaluation, and analysis, and ultimately to the success of the research project
* You will present your research results at leading national and international conferences such as the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management
Your profile
* University degree (Master) in management or related fields (e.g., psychology)
* Analytical thinking skills and knowledge of empirical research methods; initial experience in the application of these methods is an advantage
* English: fluent in speaking and writing
* Interdisciplinary mindset, ability to work effectively in a team, and motivation to learn and apply new skills and methods
