Job Description Take ownership of the administration and configuration of the Human Capital Management (HCM) module within Workday, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business needs. Act as a key liaison for HR partners, supporting core processes such as hiring, terminations, and supervisory organization management within HCM. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to manage and support with our ATS integrations, ensuring seamless operations from recruiting to hiring. Partner with stakeholders to address staffing-related needs and provide solutions within the HCM framework.
