In the winter semester of 2025, our scholarship program will enter the next round. With a scholarship from Schneider Electric, you will study in the international program Building Sustainability - Management Methods for Energy Efficiency (MBA). Parallel to your studies, you will work as a working student in the Offer Management team in offer development. You will support us in further developing our product range for energy distribution solutions for residential and commercial buildings (low voltage).
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, or Building Technology
* At least one year of professional experience in a technical profession
* Great interest in sustainable product development, combined with the following skills: bringing new ideas, good analytical thinking, and strategic mindset
* Very good English (for the English-language program) and German (for communication in the factory)
* Persistence, openness, and enjoyment of a product-related and production-related task
Your Tasks:
* Market research and offer research
o Support and market analysis for the transition of our factory to a net-zero product range
o Support in planning and developing sustainable products together with the R&D department
o Development of product requirements for green products
* Market analyses for electrical distribution, customer platforms, customer surveys
* Creation and coordination of sustainability data for ABN products ("eco-passport")
* Close cooperation with R&D teams, supply chain, production, finance department, and sales
