YOUR ROLE
You will lead our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver best-in-class media plans, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.
1. Have full responsibility and ownership of our brand awareness & performance campaign strategies (i-video, search, social media, programmatic, eCommerce, etc.). You’ll be the leading mind to bring innovation to the plans, staying in touch with the digital industry, and assessing consumer & competitive trends.
2. Lead, coach & develop a team of diverse digital media planers and specialists to jointly work the integrated media planning for a portfolio of brands across all media channels such as Digital, TV, Print, Audio, etc. Translate brand briefs into strategic media plans which drive brands’ goals/objectives.
3. Supervise execution of outstanding digital plans to achieve brands’ business objectives, searching for efficiencies, and ensuring alignments between traditional and digital touchpoints.
4. Take full end-to-end responsibility of plan activation in each channel, with a clear focus on overall critical metrics.
5. Owning and managing the relationships with high-level stakeholders across P&G Brand, Media and agency teams as well as media vendors to ensure alignment to and seamless execution of media strategies across touchpoints. You will also work hand-in-hand with the P&G Digital Lead to ensure digital excellence.
6. Work end-to-end with multiple P&G functions (brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc.) and partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.
7. Understand basic consumer data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
8. Must-Have: Mix of traditional and digital strategic planning experience and strong understanding of overall media ecosystem. Expertise in defining and evaluating media performance indicators.
9. Preferably experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods’ companies.
10. You have completed a university degree or apprenticeship with 5 or more years of work experience in media strategy and end-to-end planning.
11. We value analytical thinking, accountability, independency, organized, curiosity, proactivity, growth mindset and good presentation skills.
12. You communicate fluently in English. German skills are a plus.
Software, Equipment and Tools:
13. Microsoft Office Package.
14. Knowledge of and ability to lead teams on using digital platforms such as ad servers, Nielsen DAR, MOAT, Facebook Campaign Planner, Google Reach Planner, etc.
15. Understanding of buying platforms like Google AdWords or DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Demand Side Platform, etc.
16. Preferable: Digital campaign execution expertise (campaign set up, optimization & reporting).

Head Office Location: This role is based in our Germany Head Office in Schwalbach, which is an easy 15min commute from Frankfurt city center by car or 30min with a regular train connection and free shuttle service from the station to the office. 19. Flexibility: We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our media team spends 3 days of their week collaborating together in our office or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home.
