Arbeitsort: 84034 Landshut Anstellungsart: Festanstellung Umfang: Vollzeit / Full time Arbeitszeit: Gleitzeit mit Homeoffice (anteilig) YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a support employee (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for user questions and are responsible for diagnosing, resolving and documenting software problems relating to our self-developed laboratory information management system (LIMS Oracle DB). You will work as part of our first and second level support team with ticketing systems and work closely with the users of the AGROLAB GROUP. You will also be responsible for technical support and maintenance of our system landscape. YOUR PROFILE You have a university degree in computer science or have successfully completed training, e.g. as a computer scientist or IT specialist (m/f/d), or have a comparable qualification. You have sound practical knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Oracle DB) and are proficient in SQL. You are familiar with software development, can read program code and carry out minor adjustments independently. You are experienced in working with ticketing systems and can maintain an overview when prioritizing and managing multiple tickets, even in stressful situations. You have experience in customer service and have impressive communication skills. Good knowledge of German (level B1 and above) and good written and spoken English (level B2 and above) are required. You are characterized by a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
