To (co-) drive the integration process and simultaneously support the DACH organization, we are extending the DACH HR Team with a Senior HR Consultant (m/f/d) Experian DACH currently employs approx. 350 employees and has five offices in Germany, one in Austria and one in Switzerland. The HR Team will consist of 3 HR Consultants and an HR Specialist. The Sr. HR Consultant reports into the VP HR Experian DACH. The Senior HR Consultant is the main driver of delivering the people agenda to reach the business objectives in the most efficient way of linking the people to the business strategy in the contexts of the Experian culture. The Senior HR Consultant works collaboratively with key stakeholders proactively identifying areas where HR can add value and lead solutions. The Senior HR Consultant is expected to design & implement HR initiatives and advice, guide and support team members and managers, providing high-level development support and coaching. The Senior HR Consultant understands metrics driven business performance and is able to link these to the People priorities in order to deliver sustainable business outcomes. Principle responsibilities Strategic HR Consultanting Understand annual business strategy and performance measurements and create strategic plans to address workplace environment and retention issues. Inform leaders of risks or trends, and influence the need for action, leading development of people initiatives and change management plans. Drive process improvement needs across multiple teams, interpret policies, and apply judgement of application, clearly and consistently demonstrating the ability to manage through ambiguity. Monitors the “pulse” of the employees and managers to ensure a high level of engagement. Excel in a rapidly changing work environment, operate with a strong solutions-focus, meets project/task deliverables and shows an ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions. Lead key organisational development and change projects on people perspective from concept to implementation. Drive communications and change management. Coach, empower and influence senior leaders.
