In this role, you will be responsible for steering and implementing our future-oriented marketing projects within the Cereals Business Unit, with a focus on Oilseed Rape.
This exciting position is permanent and full-time.
Development and implementation of business unit specific international product campaigns and marketing concepts for Oilseed Rape in line with Business Unit goals.
Supporting the launch of new products and traits in close cooperation with relevant working groups (including Agroservice, Portfolio Management, local markets) by developing marketing & communication strategies and concepts.
Further development of existing marketing campaigns.
Supporting the implementation of cross-business unit marketing projects in close cooperation with global marketing functions.
Steering external agencies and third-party providers in the development and implementation of marketing projects.
Marketing-relevant analysis, tracking, and evaluation of relevant projects and campaigns.
University degree in agricultural sciences or in business administration, ideally with focus on marketing or agribusiness, or comparable fields of study.
Previous work experience, including first experience in the agriculture and in marketing.
Project management skills across regional and cultural borders.
Very good English skills (both written and spoken), German skills are advantageous.
Open and convincing personality with excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate and teamwork in an international environment.
Willingness for occasional international travel (up to 10%).
