What you’ll be doing: As the Wholesale Channel Marketing Manager for Germany (m/f/d), you will lead the creation and delivery of a Brick-and-Mortar wholesale marketing strategy, programs, and tools within the framework of the overall brand campaign. This role will build brand equity and drive sell-out in the network. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the execution and implementation of engagement projects related to brand values and cultural events. Developing and executing the channel strategy for Germany’s B&M wholesale in alignment with the global marketing plan and retail business objectives. Leading in-store channel activations, collaborating closely with stakeholders including the Channel Marketing Team, German Marketing Team, Brand Experience Team, Sales Team, and Merchandising. Creating and delivering a clear, measurable, and achievable marketing vision, strategies, and operational plan for the German market, aligned with annual financial and brand plans. Developing wholesale activation programs that provide the markets with tools to drive consumer buying and increase foot traffic in partner stores. Providing promotional solutions and sales training tools for wholesale that are brand-appropriate. Managing the channel marketing team effectively to continuously improve capabilities and performance, delivering annual plans and motivating the team. Leading marketing analytics tools to increase ROI on marketing A&P. Ensuring close collaboration with cross-functional services to gain a deeper understanding of the business and make agile decisions. Becoming a market expert through experience, analysis, benchmarking, and staying current with industry trends. Analysing results and KPIs to foster a test-and-learn mentality, developing concrete action plans to optimise strategy and plans. Managing A&P budgets and partner relationships with B&M wholesale partners. Engaging actively with the EU-wide B&M wholesale peer group. What we’re looking for: Experience : Marketing background in a global, branded consumer environment, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture sectors. Versatility : Preferably multi-skilled, with experience in retail, wholesale, and digital, and a strong background in working across cross-functional teams. Stakeholder Management : Ability to navigate matrix organisations and manage stakeholders effectively. Brand/Consumer Expertise : Ability to understand the marketplace and be culturally connected to youth-oriented consumers. Marketing Expertise : Proficient in using marketing measurement tools to focus spending allocation and evaluate success. Proven ability to execute programs that build brand equity. Creative Vision : Able to drive the brand’s “look and feel” through the right channels. Fluent in next-generation consumer marketing approaches (e.g., digital/social media) to generate consumer interest. Innovation & Experimentation : A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on experimentation. Willing to test new approaches, learn, and apply successful methods to future initiatives.
