Your role As a Junior Analyst, you will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and play a key role in supporting fundraising efforts, market research, sales development, and strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining hands-on experience in business operations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project execution. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level decision-making and strategic initiatives while also providing hands-on experience in running a fast-moving company. Your responsibilities Provide fundraising support by preparing briefing documents and reports for executives, managing the CRM system, and tracking fundraising tasks Provide strategic and analytical support through market research, competitor analysis, KPI tracking, and preparing reports and presentations for decision-making Support projects and initiatives by assisting in cross-functional project management, tracking leadership action items, and structuring strategic initiatives Provide operational and administrative assistance by coordinating steering committees and organizing company-wide processes Support ad-hoc and special projects by addressing urgent business challenges, preparing executive summaries, and contributing to brainstorming and problem-solving sessions Your profile Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or comparable qualifications Ideally first work experience in management consulting or a Deep Tech Startup environment Project Management Skills - ability to analyze complex problems, track and set priorities, follow through and distill information into actionable takeaways Experience in Data Analysis tools like Excel, Data Presentation tools like PowerPoint, Business tools like CRM (Hubspot), and Task Management tools like Jira / Confluence Strong Communication Skills, Structured Thinking and High Attention to Detail Strong Stakeholder Management combined with Discretion & Trustworthiness True Startup mindset; hands-on, driven, resilient.
