Your Role at impact.com: We are currently looking for an experienced sales person to Join Impact as an Account Executive for the DACH region. You will be instrumental in impact.com’s expansion in this region. If you are excited about using your creativity, strategic, project management, account management and consultative selling skills to generate new business then this role will allow you to thrive and succeed. What You'll Do: Exceed individual booking quota by signing new companies that will benefit and grow using impact.com, adding value to the business. Take ownership of your territory by strategically managing and prioritizing every account, leveraging macro and micro-economic trends to guide territory management and expansion. Develop and execute an outreach strategy to engage prospects, utilizing various selling channels. Collaborate effectively with Business Development, Channel Partnerships, and Marketing, taking ownership of your pipeline and generating the majority of your own business. Utilize impact.com's sales processes and methodologies (e.g., Selling Through Curiosity, MEDDPICCC, and Value Drivers) to guide and progress deals through each sales stage. Understand diverse use cases of impact.com and provide tailored advice based on clients' current situations and desired outcomes. Use open and layered questioning to diagnose prospects' needs, selling in a value-focused and customer-centric manner. Employ consultative selling to establish trust with prospects and cultivate internal champions for impact.com. Adapt your selling approach for different individuals involved in the decision-making process. Deliver customized demos, confidently adapting to customer requirements and effectively differentiating impact.com from other solutions. Plan, develop, and deliver tailored presentations and commercial proposals aligned with customer priorities and requirements. Use business acumen to propose and negotiate win-win commercial agreements. Drive momentum in deals by defining, tracking, and working towards next steps, leveraging Mutual Action Plans when applicable. Communicate with clients in a timely, professional, and insightful manner Act as a project coordinator throughout the entire deal lifecycle, fostering trust internally and externally to ultimately benefit our clients. Accurately forecast revenue from new business and expansion opportunities. Maintain daily records of relevant contacts, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce, adhering to established processes. Proactively engage in professional development to enhance selling skills, actively seeking feedback from peers and managers. Demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in your daily work. What you’ll have Marketing technology sales and account management experience Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticals Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing medium to large accounts Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market Must work well in a team selling environment Fluent German Preferred but not essential: Experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing Experience selling B2B SaaS Nice to have: Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA Benefits: Responsible PTO policy - take the time off that you need.
