What you can expect
You will be responsible for the independent assessment and monitoring of the outsourced special functions 'Money Laundering Officer' and 'Compliance Officer' and act as coordinator in the area of data protection with the external Data Protection Officer.You will be responsible for implementing the requirements of the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) as part of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) checks, including ensuring the necessary processes, checking procedures, technical infrastructure and data protection requirements.You will be involved in and coordinate the ongoing development of the LUNADIS compliance management system in accordance with national and European legal and regulatory requirements.You will coordinate all communication and training measures as well as the further development of the compliance management system and measures to implement the requirements of the AMLA with the Group Compliance Officer of the DKV Mobility Group.You will be responsible for the project management of projects in the 'Compliance' and 'Money Laundering' departments.Your tasks include the creation and further development of internal guidelines and processes.You support internal and external audits (e.g. internal audit, annual audit) and contribute to the preparation of the annual risk analysis as part of money laundering prevention.You will be responsible for the evaluation of any issues that are deemed to be relevant to operations and/or security.
What makes you stand out
You have a degree in economics and/or business administration, finance or a degree in banking/savings bank management (or a comparable qualification).You have already gained 3+ years of professional experience with a financial services company, auditing firm or comparable employer.You have very good communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to act as an interface between different teams and external partners.Experience in managing and implementing projects as well as coordinating (interdisciplinary and transnational) project teams.Affinity for dealing with complex issues and questions.Fluency in written and spoken German and English is a prerequisite.An independent and structured way of working and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics round off your profile.We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
