Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Contribute to creating a culture of excellence in the group by hiring exceptionally bright talents, developing them through learning experiences, coaching and practical assignments globally and throughout the company. Derive tactical actions from our Future Talent / Talent / HR strategy and bring them to life. Ensure a high touch program (Apprenticeship / Dual Study/ adidas Integration Programs) to the respective population, the business and involved external organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure implementation of our Future Talent / Talent strategy in close collaboration with HRM & business leads to nurture a healthy talent pipeline in line with the business demand (quantity & quality)
* Disciplinary leadership and responsibility for personal development of all assigned employees in different geographical locations in order to create the next generation of talents for adidas
* Functionally lead, train and instruct the future talent coaches/ line managers in the business to ensure the implementation of our training strategy and regulations (Ausbildungsrahmenplan)
* Tactical planning of our future talent´s development journey throughout the program by defining, implementing and adjusting the individual training plan. Ensuring that all activities are in line with the local regulations (chamber of commerce, university, etc.), our corporate strategy and key stakeholders (companies, NGO’s, etc.)
* Implement innovative future talent programs that are tailored to the business´ needs, with regular dialogue with key stakeholders including in-person visits to future talents and local teams
* Plan and execute assessment centers for the respective target group and autonomously select participants
* Liaise with TA and HRM to ensure a permanent placement for future talents after graduation including HR roadshows to promote our graduates internally, interview preparation training and potential analysis
* Maintain an open dialogue with the works council and the involved committees for individual cases
* Represent and ensure that the company´s interests are reflected with the respective collaboration partner (university, vocational school, chamber of commerce, companies, local regulators, etc.)
* Secure operational excellence in the administration of the assigned programs (e.g. quality and timely delivery of performance appraisals by coaches/ line managers, work certificates, working contracts, assignments abroad, work permit, visa) by delegating tasks to the Assistant Manager Future Talent Programs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
* Proven pedagogical skills in conceptual and interpersonal dimensions
* Ability to develop the methodical / didactical skillsets and ways of learning
* High level of emotional intelligence and ability to create relations of trust with future talents and key stakeholders
* Constructively manage conflicts and act as a mediator
* Excellent knowledge of respective program regulations and labor law (e.g. AEVO, BBiG, JuSchG, study regulations)
* Ability to transfer business needs into operative development measures to ensure our future talents are well equipped for their careers
* Demonstrated ability to manage big (virtual) teams in different geographical areas and externally represent adidas and externally represent adidas
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Management, Organizational Psychology or Educational Science
* Minimum 5-6 years of management expertise in diverse environments
* First experience in people management
* Preferably certified vocational training instructor (“AdA Schein” AEVO)
