TasksWe are currently recruiting 2 Business Development Executives for Germany/DACHOne in Food Sector and one in Labs ServicesThe tasks will be :Developing/growing targeted to key account levelProspecting and creating new businessesManaging, and maintaining a pipeline while ensuring all sales administration Develop sales plans and forecasts for the territory, manage KPI'sSales development and execution of accounts identified as strategic customers based on volume/value potential or strategic expansion of existing accountsManage all pricing & gross margins within budgeted levels & BU pricing proceduresBuild strong partnerships with marketing, operations, and business unit resources (laboratory, audit, ...)Present NSF International solutions and services to clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls, conferences, and emailsDevelops sales plans and forecasts for the territory, analyzing the sector and segment needs and expectationsDrive sales management and pipeline efficiency to ensure opportunities are honest and transparent.Drive efficiency and accuracy in all sales planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within NSFProfileMinimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar positionExperience with Labs Services, Medical // Experience within Food Services-Retail-HorecaExperience in TIC industry preferredProven successful experience in sales and business developmentExcellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.Ability to create and develop new businesses and build network.Creative and entrepreneurial thinking to exploit niche and enterprise level opportunity.Willingness to travel, incl. overnight staysFluent German and good English skillsLocated in Germany-Frequent travel in Germany and Dach RegionWe offerThe opportunity to join an international worldwide known TIC industry company, making a meaningful impact.At NSF, our mission is to improve human and planet health by enabling safe food, clean water, and life-enhancing health technologies and products for millions of people around the world.
