The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application Job Description You will develop a holistic and standardized Crisis Management (CM) & Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the Bosch Global Business Service (GS) division incl. processes, roles & responsibilities. You will identify and analiyze impact on GS processes in case of adverse events or crisis. In addition, you will achieve awareness on BCM and CM at all levels by defining and conducting the new process rollout. Moreover, you will define Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) for CM and BCM. Finally, you will train colleagues on the new process. Qualifications Education: Master studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Management or comparable with very good grades Experience and Knowledge: in project management, process management, risk management; practical experience (internship); competent handling of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio would be a plus Personality and Working Practice: a self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and creative drive Languages: very good written and spoken German and English Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
