About the Position: In this role as a Customer Care Assistant, you'll be a key player in providing exceptional support to customers within the entertainment industry. Your day-to-day tasks will focus mainly on chat and email interactions, with only 5-10% of your responsibilities involving inbound calls. You'll be the primary contact for customers, assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
