The Role: What to expect
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to drive the development and success of our flagship SaaS product, AnyFleet ( ). As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Role Responsibilities: What you will do
* Define Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
* Manage Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
* Gather and Prioritize Requirements: Work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
* Lead Product Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clear and actionable guidance on feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Drive Product Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to fleet management and robotics, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
* Monitor Product Performance: Analyze product metrics and performance data to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the software or robotics industry.
* Strong technical background with knowledge of fleet management systems, software development, and agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently and a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* Fluency in English is required, proficiency in German is a significant plus.
