Your role To strengthen our team, we are offering the following permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) at the earliest possible date: Production Manager (m/w/d) The Production Manager is a leader helping to steer and execute the global campaigns and initiatives in the brand experience space to build brand love, enhance contributor engagement and drive loyalty. As part of the Global Brand Experience Team and reporting to the Senior Manager Projects, the Production Manager works closely with other cross-functional groups to bring our brand strategy to life across channels and regions. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of best-in-class brand & product campaigns and assets along the purchase funnel for a cohesive and unified global brand experience. Your tasks Driving project execution of integrated marketing campaigns on a global, regional, and local base supporting brand & product strategies across the total purchase funnel, all brand touchpoints and sales channels to drive company and equity growth. Responsible for reviewing and logging incoming briefs to ensure information is complete, relevant, and executional and requesting amendments from project owners if needed. Responsible driving seamless communication and project execution across internal and external stakeholders ensuring a flawless delivery of all creative assets at the right time, in the right format & quality at the right place. Overseeing planning and production for campaigns by gathering, organizing, and facilitating project needs according to brief and asset deliverables. Reinforcing new processes taking forward learnings from past projects through cross functional support and redirection to ensure constant improvement. Work closely with cross-functional leaders, demonstrating the ability to communicate, collaborate and influence across various stakeholder groups.
