Purpose:
The position is to support on strategic relevant brand topics across all channels, all categories and all markets to ensure a successful Sell In with flawless execution across all categories as well as all markets.
Key Accountabilities:
* Purpose:
o Support project tasks and work packages on a day to day basis ensuring successful completion
o Plan and execute key Sell In projects (photo shooting, showrooms, toolbox, budget)
o Facilitate interactions with Global teams, external partners
* Project management:
o Support project planning, budget, key stakeholders' management and organization
o Manage some key steps
o Execute project tasks and support subprojects
* Communication:
o Generate and provide relevant day to day content, information and analyses within the project team
o Participate to the project communication with stakeholders
* Process:
o Support business process definition within project
o Bring new ideas and solutions
o Support the team and key stakeholders for presentations, summaries, and further reporting tools
o Organize meetings, take and distribute meetings minutes and follow up on action steps
o Assist your superior in all administrative tasks and duties (i.e. calendar management, meeting organization)
o Optimize the efficiency & budget management

Qualifications:
1. University degree or equivalent education required.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in job or job function (Markets or BU facing).
3. Ideally first job experiences in another company and in the marketing or sales area
4. High understanding of various tools, procedures, etc.
5. Great analytical skills with strong excel knowledge
