Ihre Aufgaben
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules, covering planning, procurement, and coordination with construction and commissioning teams
* Regularly update project schedules and perform variance analysis
* Conduct critical and near-critical path analyses to ensure project timelines are met
* Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as customers
* Prepare monthly project status reports, providing insights into variances, progress, key milestones, and float values
* Ensure data accuracy in SAP, following internal compliance rules and procedures
* Support schedule acceleration initiatives and identify strategies to mitigate delays
* Document and analyze delay causes and durations to support comprehensive delay assessments
Unsere Anforderungen
* Extensive experience in project planning within EPC companies in the Power or Oil & Gas sectors
* Advanced proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project; SAP knowledge is a plus
* Strong technical understanding of power generation equipment, including turbines and generators
* Expertise in Extension of Time (EOT) claims and forensic delay analysis
* Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure
* Fluent in English and German
* Willingness to be on-site in Heidenheim at least three days per week
