The ideal candidate has extensive experience in cloud architecture, a deep understanding of GCP services, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Fundamentals:
* 2 years of proven experience as a Systems Architect with a focus on GCP;
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills: adept at driving change through influence and effective networking;
* In-depth knowledge of GCP services;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues;
* Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices;
* Experience with microservices design patterns and architectures;
* Experience with agile methodologies;
* Experience with OLTP/OLAP SQL and Python;
* Experience in the Healthcare business domain;
* Good understanding of HIPAA Compliance;
* Understanding of the Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (CSVLOD TOGAF);
* Good understanding of FinOps best practices in GCP.
Limitations:
* Ability to solve a couple of SQL problems in our live coding interview;
* Ability to build an end-to-end microservice platform in GCP given constraints and business priorities;
* Ability to work up to 1-2 PM EST. Probably any Asian Time Zone is not acceptable at all.

* OLAP: Google Cloud BigQuery BigLake;
* DataFlow;
* Python;
* Looker Studio.
