About the Role:
Levi’s is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Account Lead (M/F/D) to manage and grow key digital accounts across Europe. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring Levi’s digital presence aligns with our brand standards. In addition to managing accounts, the Digital Account Lead will oversee and guide a team of account managers or specialists, fostering collaboration and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Growth:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for designated digital accounts (e.g., Zalando, Amazon, ASOS, regional marketplaces).
2. Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand presence, and meet annual revenue targets.
3. Build strong, collaborative relationships with account stakeholders, ensuring mutual success and alignment with Levi’s objectives.
Performance Optimization:
4. Monitor and analyze account performance, including sales, conversion rates, return rates, and customer engagement metrics.
5. Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, pricing, and promotional effectiveness on digital platforms.
6. Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights that optimize performance and inform decision-making.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
7. Lead and mentor a team of account managers and specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve team goals.
8. Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team, regularly tracking progress and providing feedback.
9. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within the team, encouraging innovation and accountability.
10. Coordinate with other internal teams, such as merchandising, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and alignment across functions.
Brand Representation:
11. Ensure Levi’s brand integrity across digital accounts, maintaining premium positioning and consistent customer experience.
12. Align with global and regional teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches tailored to account needs.
Partnership Development:
13. Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand Levi’s reach and relevance.
14. Negotiate terms and conditions with accounts to maximize profitability and long-term partnership value.
15. Advocate for Levi’s brand within account organizations, ensuring alignment on priorities and shared growth objectives.
Operational Excellence:
16. Manage account operations, including forecasting, order management, and fulfillment coordination.
17. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, logistics, or customer experience promptly.
18. Stay informed of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
19. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
20. 5+ years of experience in account management, digital commerce, or a similar role within retail or consumer goods industries.
21. Proven success in managing major digital accounts in Europe (e.g., Zalando, Amazon, ASOS).
22. 2+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
23. Strong knowledge of European digital commerce ecosystems, trends, and customer behaviors.
24. Fluency in English is a must and German a plus

31. Experience working with fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
32. Knowledge of marketplace advertising strategies (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Zalando Marketing Services).
