Position Overview:
As the SAP Basis Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day activities and maintain the SAP system. You will ensure system stability and performance, acting as the primary point of contact for incidents related to the global SAP system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily SAP Basis operations, ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance
* Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related incidents, handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution
* Lead and manage the SAP Basis and Access Management team
* Coordinate system maintenance, performance tuning, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime
* Manage role-based access control to ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and internal security standards
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of SAP Basis management or operations experience
* +2 year's experience in leading a team disciplinarily
* Demonstrated expertise in hands-onSAP troubleshooting and incident management
