* Handling ad-hoc data requests from business and HR stakeholders.
* Supporting the creation of reports, dashboards, and analyses (e.g. monthly data reporting), and effectively communicate key findings.
* Organizing and structuring HR data while ensuring data quality and consistency.
* Assisting in the rollout of the new HR system and supporting data migration.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams across People Partnering, People Operations, and Learning & Development.
* Gaining experience with HR analytics tools such as Workday, Power BI, and R.
* Play a key role in shaping HR data strategies and process improvements, making a real impact on the organization.
* You are in the advanced stages of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, (Business) Informatics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, or Psychology (with a quantitative focus) or have equivalent qualifications.
* You have initial experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SQL queries, Power BI/Tableau, R/Python).
* You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. A data-driven mindset and strong focus on data accuracy are key to your way of working.
* You have a hands-on mentality, bring innovative ideas, and work in a results-oriented manner.
* You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment; German skills are a plus.
* You are eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects that will challenge and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills.
