What you´ll do
* Support the global total rewards team in managing annual incentive and compensation cycles
* Conduct benchmarking and market research on compensation and incentive practices
* Develop engaging communication materials for cycle training sessions
* Support the coordination of incentive and compensation projects in collaboration with other Global HR areas
* Assist in regular reporting to ensure the highest data quality
What makes you a good fit
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field
* Proficiency in English
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Passion for HR and rewards topics
* Availability for ideally 6 months to gain valuable hands-on experience

Weoffer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095.The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the typeof internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
