Lead the market development strategy for the Infusion (IV dedicated and non-dedicated) categories across the region (APAC, Russia, CIS, LATAM, the Middle East and Africa). This position entails coordinating strategic objectives with each market, promoting growth by integrating pumps, consumables, and digital health solutions (connectivity). Your assignments: Design and execute a comprehensive market development strategy for the Infusion category in the region Oversee the Infusion product portfolio, identifying and implementing opportunities for expansion and optimization, with a strong focus on differentiation through sets and connectivity Identify untapped ("white spot") markets and lead efforts to develop integrated infusion therapies Define and execute clear positioning and differentiation strategies for the infusion product line Monitor and analyze market trends, producing reports on market performance to inform strategic decisions Manage the execution of regional priorities with local adaptation, ensuring successful implementation Organize regional training sessions for specialists and product managers to enhance expertise in integrated infusion solutions Your Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product management within the medical device or healthcare industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role are preferred Proven track record of managing regional market strategies, preferably in infusion systems or medical technology Excellent English language skills (written and spoken), German and additional languages are a plus Knowledge of healthcare and medical device industry standards, regulations and trends at a regional and international level Proven ability to drive market share growth, create competitive pricing strategies and manage product positioning in diverse markets Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting and P&L management to ensure strong ROI on marketing activities and effective cost control Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with teams across different cultures, time zones and functional areas
