YOUR ROLE
As Head of Product Marketing (m/w/d) at remberg, you will establish and lead our Product Marketing function. You will have full oversight of our market, product, customer personas, their challenges, and jobs-to-be-done. Using these insights, you will define our product messaging and positioning, empowering Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maximize the value of our solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate closely with Product Management to understand product strategy and roadmaps, translating key features into clear product positioning and messaging.
* Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop aligned go-to-market strategies and materials that highlight our product's advantages while ensuring cross-team synergy.
* Develop a deep understanding of our market, customer personas, and their challenges, acting as an advocate for these insights across the organization.
* Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform strategic responses.
* Define our product’s positioning and value propositions for each user persona in collaboration with Product Management.
YOUR PROFILE
* 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Growth Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Proven expertise with complex digital products, particularly those catering to diverse personas and jobs-to-be-done.
* Ability to quickly analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competition to define winning go-to-market strategies in collaboration with key teams.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to simplify and convey complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
* Strong track record of working effectively in interdisciplinary teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving product success.
* Proficient in creating and deploying targeted Product Marketing resources across the marketing mix.
* Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
* Experience with Product-Led Growth strategies in the B2B SaaS sector.
* Open to feedback, focused on learning from mistakes, and fostering a culture of growth and honesty.
