You will plan and coordinate business trips and events, as well as welcome and assist visitors to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere. You will monitor office supplies and inventory to maintain a well-organized and functional workplace. You will promote internal communication by effectively distributing key information within the site and organizing internal events to foster a collaborative work culture. You will maintain essential site-related data, such as compliance records, attendance data, and operational metrics, to support reporting and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: You have experience in administrative or site-support roles, ideally in an industrial environment. You possess strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and the capability to effectively prioritize tasks. You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital tools for data tracking and communication. You have a proactive and solution-oriented work approach, adapt quickly to change, and are always ready to support the team. You communicate confidently in both German and English, with a customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
