Will you be the next to join us? What you will work on Your mission Become the trusted climate advisor for our enterprise customers, ensuring retention, co-developing new value propositions and growing ARR Over the next 12 months you will: Boost customer retention and drive growth Build strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Highlight the value of our platform and our to economic buyers, driving renewals and expansions. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Expand Ecosystem Influence Represent us in the food and agriculture sustainability space, building a network of advocates and partners. Build relationships with key stakeholders like industry associations and standard-setters. Elevate our influence by attending events and sharing thought leadership. Advance Customer Climate Goals Understand customers’ business and climate priorities, guiding them along their sustainability journey. Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful solutions. Identify new opportunities for product improvements and collaborate with the product team to shape our roadmap. You might be really good for this role if You worked in client-facing roles (ideally B2B Saas) where you built up and nurtured strong relationships. You have strong sales and business acumen and enjoy the thrill of growing revenues. You feel comfortable representing our company in industry associations, roundtable and at conferences.
