Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to support our government customer in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Essential Job Duties - Supervise Unarmed Security Guard services comprised of 12 unarmed security guards (both full-time and part-time status) to perform static access control, static perimeter security, roving security patrols, intrusion detection system monitoring to include Electronic Surveillance System (ESS), or valid security related functions associated with the protection of U.S. Government materials, property, and personnel. - Assist in selection of unarmed guard personnel. - Coordinate shift schedules. - Ensure tour of duty coverage. - Verify daily task completion. - Respond to emergencies and situations requiring immediate attention. - Ensure safety requirements compliance and safe work practices. - Provide roving perimeter security and patrol of required areas. - Perform duties in an Operations Center while monitoring intrusion detection systems to include Electronic Surveillance System (ESS). - Engage with USG representatives directly. Minimum Requirements - Active In-Scope Secret Clearance. - Demonstrate three (3) years of supervisory experience or management experience prior to assuming the position. - Experience is required to be in, at a minimum, one of the following career fields: armed security services, law enforcement, military service, and or contract management. Preferred Qualifications - Security Management, Security Monitoring.
