Your responsibilities:
1. Establishing functional responsibilities and managing QHSE workstreams with teams on a global level.
2. Implement & establish integrated management systems based on ISO and other industry-specific standards.
3. Facilitate the global organization to achieve global & local management system objectives.
4. Planning & execution of internal audits with regional responsibilities & external audits with external service providers as well as annual management review with top management.
5. Establish and manage a robust Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedure / approach to facilitate business in achieving operational excellence.
6. This position will also be responsible for internal QHSE functional consulting / mentoring / training and fully supporting team members involved across the Hellmann structure.
Your profile:
1. Related industry experience within QHSE - Quality, Health & Safety, Environment & Energy Management domain.
2. In-depth understanding of international standards w.r.t. implementation, management and auditing ISO, VDA 6.2 or other industry-specific standards.
3. Ability to lead, train and guide direct and functional teams as well as individuals from varied operational / functional backgrounds.
4. Analytical experience, be accurate with statistics and written reports, well organized and exercise sound judgment in decision making.
5. Risk-based thinker in a productive context, with a strong quality & safety-oriented mindset.
6. Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Must have functional command over the English language (written / spoken) along with other business applicable local language(s).
8. A team player with integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, open-mindedness and unbiased thinking.
