The acquisition of Rizing, a global consulting SAP firm, has strengthened our strategic SAP consulting capabilities in a critical expansion of Wipro Enterprise Futuring division.
Objective:
* Driving solution strategy and creating win themes mapped to client’s business requirements.
* Creating solutions for proactive pitches and RFI/RFP responses.
* Defining the overall solution approach and theme and deciding which Wipro internal organizations have to contribute.
* Briefing internal teams on the solution approach and managing the solution building process with various teams in Wipro.
* Collecting inputs from various teams and creating complete solution descriptions.
* Collecting market intelligence on competition and using the same for solution definition.
* The role will require discussions and meetings with alliance partners and third-party vendors.
* Defining strategy for deal structuring, creating win themes, and identifying relevant artefacts to support in winning the deal.
* Interfacing with Client Partners and clients to present the benefits and value proposition of the solution.
* Attending customer meetings to understand business context, IT landscape, business, and technical requirements.
* Attending proposal presentation meetings with customers and prospects to present and discuss suggested solutions.
* Supporting Client Partners in demand creation activities by attending customer or prospect meetings to present Wipro’s capabilities and delivery approach.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
* Lead and own end-to-end solution development – architect and orchestrate solution development by working with Business Units / solution leads / delivery and offer the best value proposition from Wipro – S/4HANA Transformation Programs, Migrations, AMS, Upgrades including Cloud-related offerings.
* Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentations in German language, drive meetings, and develop long-term valued relationships with the client.
* Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, and in growth mode.
* Experience in the MFG, Consumer, or ENU industry segments will be a clear advantage.
* Prior experience in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment or any experience with a Global Delivery Model based IT Services Company will be an added advantage.
* Language: German and English (Mandatory), other language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Skills:
* Minimum of 15 years selling/closing deals in IT Services & Consulting.
* Strong expertise with one of the SAP functional modules (SAP FICO/ Logistics/ Procurement).
* Strong understanding of SAP solutions and their application across various industries.
* Strong experience of solution design within SAP services space in the following areas: SAP S/4HANA Implementation/ Rollout/ Conversion, SAP LoB solutions like SuccessFactors, Ariba.
* Expertise in Public Cloud and IT transformation, Digital and Business Transformation experience is preferred.
* SAP pre-sales / sales cycles and leading / senior architecture roles on 5+ SAP projects. Knowledge of SAP solutions portfolio.
