You will take ownership of a designated category, curating the most exciting product offer for our customers across different product types, functionalities, brands and price ranges. At the same time, you become the owner of your category for other internal stakeholders ( marketing), closing the loop to drive commercial success.
What you will do
1. Define and drive the long-term strategy for your category/categories to reach financial and strategic targets of Lovehoney Group
2. Analyze a combination of financial and customer-related data to steer the product range towards profitability & consumer lifetime value
3. Manage regular assortment reviews to optimize category performance across multiple dimensions
4. Conduct global market & competitor analyses to identify opportunities and white spots in our product offering
5. Manage and track top tier new product launches (own brand and 3rd party) across key sales channels
6. Build close relationships and regular exchange with key internal stakeholders in pricing, trading, supply chain and marketing to drive a holistic product strategy
What you should bring
7. A high sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to take your category to the next level!
8. Experience in the development of multi-brand assortment strategies for B2C and/or B2B channels
9. A track record of using financial and customer-related data to define category strategy and tactics
10. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for close collaboration with other teams ( pricing, supply chain, new product development, trading teams)
11. Ideally experience in e-commerce and with cross-functional projects onsite experience, marketing campaigns, etc.
