SUMMARY Provides assistance and/or resolution to Stores and AutoZone Commercial Credit costumers. Give credit orientation to customers and Commercial Specialist. Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests, Credit Questions and SFA mailboxes for its prompt and successful resolution. RESPONSIBILITIES Phone assistance to AZ store Commercial Specialists. Phone assistance to Commercial Credit costumers. Resolution to invoice and statements requests Daily reporting. REQUIREMENTS Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study:Accounting, Finance ,Business Years of Experience:One to two years.
