We are a large diverse relationship management team that manage and are the direct communication lines to our live banks.
Our team helps grow and expand the banks performance backed by strong analytics, operations and working students.
Your Responsibilities
● Support the relationship managers with their banks requests
● Own and manage tasks (Jira, Miro, Confluence etc)
● Create and maintain documentation and projects
● Develop a strong understanding of our partners, systems and reporting
Your Profile
● Highly service orientated – it is key to ensure we are focusing on our banks and customers
● Excellent attention to detail – the work you will produce will often impact live bank product offerings
● Interest in FinTech preferred
● Good computer skills
● Happy to travel to the Berlin office
● Available between 15 and 20 hours a week and can work flexibly between Monday and Friday by arrangement
