1. Manage monthly reporting updates by compiling and analyzing data from different sources
2. Support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, e.g. system tests and organizational tasks, as well as system users in case of questions
3. Coordinate the translation of materials
4. Create different materials related to Talent Acquisition, e.g. training material, video tutorials, documentation, working instructions, presentations
5. Maintain and manage documents
6. Conduct market analyses regarding sourcing opportunities (databases, job boards, campus, social media, etc.) and LinkedIn Talent Insights reports
An experience that matters: your skills
7. Student (Bachelor or Master) of Business Administration, Finance, IT, HR, or similar
8. Ideally already experienced in working with data and IT systems
9. Technical and data affinity
10. Experience with Power BI and/or SAP SuccessFactors preferred, alternatively ability to learn new IT tools quickly
11. Has good know-how of the Microsoft Office product portfolio, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
12. Likes to work in an international environment
13. Fluent in English and German
14. Responsible, structured, and thorough way of working
15. Team player with flexibility
16. Able to create new templates, forms, and checklists based on a defined Corporate Design
